How can you offer "unlimited" features? That's marketing hype!
To clarify, not everything we offer is "unlimited". In our hosting plans those items that are "unlimited" include mail accounts, add-on domains, sub-Domains, MySQL databases, but not disk space and bandwidth.
In the 1990s, service providers routinely charged for these items because the incurred a very real support cost. But cPanel reduces our support costs on these items to nearly zero. Why charge for something that costs us nothing?
Hosting providers that still charge for these features are just not being transparent about their costs. The same goes for those that offer you "unlimited" disk space and bandwidth. These two items incur real costs so they can't possibly be unlimited.
Our upfront costs include servers, bandwidth, IP addresses, and providing daily backups and support. These are real costs, and that how we determine our hosting prices.
