Basic (entry level) Hosting Plans Upgraded

All Entry Level Hosting Plans have been upgraded as follows:
- Disk quotas have been restructured. (This results in a net increase for Basic 2, 3 and 4)
- Bandwidth quotas have been raised by 50% (in relation to the disk quotas)
