Scheduled Maintenance (Power System)

Please note that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our power system. Maintenance will be performed on 2008-04-15, between 16:00 and 19:30 UTC. This notice is only precautionary. The work will be performed on the UPS subsystem and is therefore not expected to impact service.

Update on Data Centre Migration (Reschedule)

This is a reschedule notification regarding the announced Toronto Data Centre Migration.

Shared Server Migration has been rescheduled to Monday, February 18, 2008 as things took longer than expected.

The time frame for the migration is between 2008-02-18 UTC 02:00 and UTC 11:00. (Japan timezone timeframe is between 2008-02-18 JST 11:00 and JST 20:00.)

The total down time is expected to be between 15 and 30 minute.

Toronto Data Centre Migration

On February 06, 2008 we are moving to a new data centre, on the 8th floor of 151 Front St.

Servers will be physically moved from the old data centre to the new. However, the total down time for shared web hosting accounts is expected to be less than 15 minutes as we are only moving up one floor from the 7th to 8th floor.

Migrations will be performed between 2008-02-06 UTC 17:00 2008-02-06 UTC 03:00. Migration will be rescheduled for February 12th or 13th if there are any unforeseen delays or problems.
