Will I get a refund if I cancel before my one-year contract is finished?

If you cancel in the first month, you will receive a refund, in accordance with our money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a refund after the first month, your account would have to be switched from a one-year service agreement to a monthly service agreement. The monthly rate would be adjusted retroactively for the months of service completed. As such, your eligible refund would be the remaining credit balance after this recalculation.

There is no refund on domain name registration. However, you still have title to your domains. You can simply park them with us (for free!) or change the DNS pointers to your new service provider.
