Can I install FrontPage extentions on just one of my domains?
Yes, you can have some domains with Microsoft FrontPage extensions and some without. There are some some limitations and cautions:
- Your main domain must have Frontpage extentions installed before they can be installed on any subdomains or addon domains.
- Using cPanel to uninstall FrontPage extensions from your main domain will uninstall it from all subdomains and addon domains.
- Using cPanel to install or uninstall Frontpage extensions will result in the loss of all .htaccess files in your web area. Therefore, any directories you have protected with WebProtect will become unprotected until you reprotect them.
